Your OECTA Digital Membership Card and Updated Strike Vote Rally
Schedule!
Yesterday, the Association published a schedule of strike vote rallies to be held across the province,
starting next week.
We have updated the schedule to reflect new and corrected information, including:
- New information for the Eastern rally.
- Updated time zone and venue address for the Kenora rally.
- Corrected date for Thursday, September 28 rallies.
- Updated venue information and address for the PVNC rally.
The full, updated rally schedule is available, and can also be accessed in the Strike Vote Rallies section of the Members’ Area of catholicteachers.ca. You will continue to be notified of additional strike vote rally updates as those details are finalized.
YOUR Digital OECTA Membership Card – Keep This for Strike Vote Rallies and the All-member Strike Vote
You were emailed your digital OECTA Membership Card, which includes your unique OECTA membership
number.
You will need your OECTA membership number in order to cast your vote for the all-member strike vote
on October 18 and 19. Having your membership card available (printed or electronic) will also provide
ease of access when you attend an in-person rally, especially if you are attending a rally held outside of
your local unit – for instance, if you are a member of the Toronto Secondary Unit, but choose to attend a
rally in York.
If you have any issues viewing your digital OECTA Membership Card in this email, are not able to print your membership card from catholicteachers.ca, and/or do not know – or have questions about – your OECTA membership number, you may contact Membership Services via email at membership@catholicteachers.ca or by calling Provincial Office at 1-800-268-7230.
