|Basic Yoga poses and moves will be taught in this Yoga session in order to learn proper form and technique to bring back to the classroom or gym class. The workshop will also have a meditation session that will focus on different ways and forms in which to teach students and other adults ways to meditate at school, home or anywhere they feel comfortable doing so. Both yoga and meditation will focus on the importance of self-care so that teachers can introduce these techniques to their students.
