Provincial Bargaining Underway
The Association met with the Government of Ontario and the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association (OCSTA) at the central bargaining table on July 21 for our first collective bargaining session. The session was productive, establishing the ground rules for negotiations moving forward, including a commitment from the parties to keep the details of what is discussed at the bargaining table confidential.
Updates on significant developments in the bargaining process will be provided to members via
Provincial Bargaining Updates, as necessary, to ensure that you are kept apprised of critical
information.
Future Dates
The following tentative dates have been set to continue discussions:
- August 17
- August 31
- September 1
- September 8
- September 9
The Association looks forward to continuing positive and collaborative discussions with the Government of
Ontario and OCSTA, as we renew our collective agreement.
